Harefield is a specialist heart hospital which deals with not only transplant patients but people with other heart disorders.

Thanking My Transplant Team

I joined Harefield in 1987 after my Domino Heart Transplant performed by the world renowned Professor Sir Magdi Yacoub.

I was then placed under Children's heart consultant Dr Rosmary Radley Smith who I am extremely grateful for her support and dedication towards myself and many others. I have now been transferred to the adult clinic but would personally like to wish Rosmary the very best for the future.

Here is a picture of Dr Radley Smith and myself.

I also wish to thank my transplant support co coordinator (Psychologist) Jo Wray who has helped myself and many others through some challenging times in the past seventeen years.
